SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges (with a few limitations). Please refer to the guidelines below to determine whether your purchase qualifies for a return and/or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

  • Our exchange policy is limited to 30 days within purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, the return/exchange will not be honored.

  • To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags and/or packaging (for larger items).

  • All “Clearance” and “Marked Down” items are FINAL SALE and not applicable for return and/or exchange.

  • Please refer to our sizing chart prior to purchasing SALE items. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once order has been processed.

  • Eligible items may only be exchanged for the same item ONLY! If the item is unavailable in the shop for an exchange, a store credit will be provided instead.

 

Submitting a Return/Exchange: 

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as was purchased. 

  • Your order must be within out 30 day period.

  • Fill out above info to return or exchange items!

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Order Processing Time:

  • ALL Items are custom Made to order.

  • Your purchase will be shipped once they have been produces (typically 3-4 days) following payment receipt and verification.

  • Shipping processing time ranges between approximately 3-7 business days.

 

Shipping Methods: All purchases/orders are shipped with tracking provided.

Shipping Rates: Standard USPS shipping rates apply for all orders under $100. For orders that have exceeded a $100 minimum purchase (tax & shipping fees not included), Shipping is ALWAYS FREE!
